Centre facilities

Fittleworth Village Hall has a main hall (with a stage facility) and two committee rooms which may be hired with or separately from the main hall. The modern kitchen can be hired for preparing hot food and exclusive use with the main hall or (if not booked exclusively) the kettle and washing up facilities may be used by any users of the hall in return for a suitable donation. The main hall has a screen and a "public address" system for speakers, which can be hired.

The Hall is accessible by wheelchair users and there is a disabled toilet.

Capacity: 200 people
Pricing: £13.80 per hour

A bright versatile space which is suitable for a variety of activities. Capacity is 200, 180 if seated theatre style or around 120 if using seating around tables. Price £13.80 an hour. N.B this rate is not available for private evening parties - such events must book at the Private Evening Party rate.

Attributes

Disabled access is via the main (front) entrance.

Two spaces. One at front of hall and one at the rear.

No speakers for music in Hall. Users may bring their own.

Microphone for talks and presentations.

Please park considerately and be aware of other users.

Bradley Williams Room (BWR)

A modern committee room that can he hired on its own or as an add on to the Main Hall. Suitable for meetings, small groups or just to create extra space. Seats 12 comfortably around the tables if set up "conference" style. The separate kitchen can be used for tea and coffee (donation requested) if it has not been hired for exclusive use by users of the Main Hall. Prices £9.20 per hour. If booking with main hall please use the combined facility (MH+BWR) for discount.

This rate is available as an option for children's parties, school or playgroup use only.

Selecting this books the Main Hall for a child's party but ensures other facilities (BWR and CR2) are kept free. Use of the kitchen must be booked if using ovens, otherwise we request you make a donation to cover any use of kitchen, plugging in of music systems or items such as bouncy castles.
